All returns must be authorized in advance by ez-scope and may be subject to a restocking fee.Please e-mail or call for return authorization.All products approved for return must be in unused and returned complete, in the original packaging and resalable condition.A copy of the invoice and reason for the return must accompany all returns.We reserve the right to inspect them before issuing credit.No products may be returned for credit after 30 days.Returns must be sent by traceable carrier (e.g. UPS).Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.Returns not following the above policies will be refused.
